Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your chiller or DIY components in their original packaging, ensuring all fittings, hoses, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment is in working order and free of damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
